~~~YES.....I DID IT!!!~~~
I don't believe it but I did it. I got rid of my O2 and splurged on the new Nokia N70. I dunno what's got into me. I have never been a trend follower even when it comes to mobile phones. All I can say is Nokia did a damn good job that sweep me off my feet. Even though there were much hesitant during the entire decision making process, I still think that this is a relatively hasty decision that I have made. Let's hope I don't regret it.
Now that I have gotten myself a 3G phone, I need to upgrade to a 3G SIM card for video calls. BUT.......baby doesn't have a 3G phone yet. Yes the keyword here is 'YET'.
Almost immediately after getting the phone, I told myself this - NO more phones for at least the next 12 months. Let's hope I keep to my word.
Anyway.....just a little about the phone which I have yet to explored. It came with a demo kodak paper photo to show that it was a pic taken by the phone. The resolution is damn good lor for a 4R photo. That explains with a 2 megapixel camera. Damn sharp lor. You will be seeing some pics taken by the photo soon I guess.
~~~N70!!!~~~

Just when I thought that changing of mobile phones is over for me when I got my PDA phone some months back until.........the launch of the new Nokia N70 and the frequent cocking up of my PDA phone. It has been such a great disappointment. I refuse to give it a second chance by sending it to the service centre becoz since it doesn't provide a loan phone. I hate it when these people refuse to bear some responsiblity here, especially when it is not my bloody fault that the phone is cocking up. Of course what I cannot deny is that the sleek design of the N70 is damn bloody cool to resist lor. I think Nokia has done a great good in their design. They must have brought together a group of great designers and market research people to come up with something like that. The pic doesn't look that fantastic but wait till u feel the real thing.
Now what I need to do is to sell my PDA phone at a good price to minimise the wound. No more of such PDA phones. If its a phone, just let it remain a phone. I know that technology has brought many things together,eg, waterproof MP3 player that u can use while diving or swimming but not this one. I will not recommend anyone who is comtemplating of getting one. Now I just need to figure out how to transfer my contacts.

~~~uPcOmInG eVeNtS!!!~~~
There's a whole list of upcoming events in Nov, not to mention the many deadlines for my assignments. Leaving for KL on the 30 Oct (Sun). Taking advantage of the upcoming public holidays in Nov for a short holiday trip. The initial plan was of course to go to Macau......but due to budget constraint, we decided to go to a more economical place instead. We will be spending 3days 2nights there in KL and traveling with the famous Grassland coach. At least we don't have to 'lun' if we are super urgent coz there is an attached toilet on the coach. :D
We will be back on the 1st Nov which is a public holiday. That's not all.......we will be making another short trip to Sungei Renggit AGAIN! This time Jon and Jas will be joining us with Tsu and Elsa. More people more fun coz that place is super rural to the max and we are going there only for the seafood. Going to just spend 1 night there in fact. After that it is back to slavery again!!!
Of course not forgetting my baby's birthday on the 17 Nov. We have decided to go for our food tasting on the same day too. At least everyone will be around for the birthday celebration. :D One stone kill two birds. Come Nov there will be much more to do for the wedding preparation. Printing of invitations cards, confirming wedding gifts, confirming guest list....etc. Not forgetting the renovation and also shopping for furnitures and home deco.
As for now......I just wanna enjoy the rest of my off day!
~~~sEnSiTiViTy!!!~~~

It has been my greatest strength as well as my greatest weakest. I don't wanna to doubt the readers of this blog for their IQ or intellectual to figure out why. Being sensitive to a great extend has led many to comment that I am such a thoughtful person. The negative side of it of course would be the fact that I sometimes think too much and too deep into things. Well.....that's the way I am and I don't think anything could change that.
I just realised that after 31 yrs of my life, there are certain things that are simply just carved into me. I will never change no matter what. I still remember something that I used to tell my friends about me. Its been a long time since I mentioned. Many years ago, I went to a friend's place and interesting then, he has a dog and a cat living under the same roof. I eventually grown to accept the fact that it is actually possible. (I haven't try putting a mouse in the family though) Anyway, interestingly I had such a great conviction from this experience........that is, both the cat and the dog might have been able to change to the extend of accepting each other even though many of us would think that they are simply arch enemys by nature. However, their born nature will still never change no matter what. A cat will never learn to bark and a dog will never meow. Many psychologists has used animals to study human behaviour and this, in particular, is one that I have learned about human behaviour.
My nature will never change and sensitivity is my nature.

~~~dOcToRs AnD pRoFs!!!~~~
Yes, that's what I was surrounded with last night during a wedding banquet. It was more like a gala dinner. All the man were in suit and tie and all the ladies were in their best night gown. It was Z's wedding. Z's Jason's younger brother and few of us were invited even though we don't know Z personally. I guess since I know Aunty Monica through Jason, then it makes sense to be present at her younger son's wedding. Whatever.......bottomline is, I was invited and I went for the dinner. It was super duper grand. Full course chinese dinner with a wide spread of dessert buffer. Wide spread is an understatement. You can imagine a full range of dessert spread and not forgetting a live station preparing crepe suzette. The entire ambience was dark and romantic.
Apart from the wide spread of food, there were also a live band playing soothing jazz music.
It was quite weird when Z came to our table for the table shots. I guess he probably feels funny at most tables, not just ours. Anyway Jon was one of the photographers during the wedding. One photographer is simply not good enough to cover the entire event lor.
There were 3 speeches I think. Uncle spoke too. He is such a humourous person. I must say he has put a lot of thought in his speech. He also annouced that Z will be taking over his clinic next year. Good for him I guess. I think that's a good head start he is getting.
Didn't really get much thoughts during the dinner for my own wedding. Simply becoz, last night's dinner was way too posh to match up with. Many things were customised, like the invites, wedding gifts (Chocolates), table menu, and also there was a small frame on each table indicating all the people's name seated at that table. Every single dish were individually portioned for every table. That makes the entire dinner very draggy.
Overall, I think it was a nice experience. An expensive one too! :D
~~~OuT oF sOrT!!!~~~

Yeah that's how my baby describe me recently. I have been so preoccupied with work, work and more work late that I can't seem to focus on one thing properly. Law of diminishing returns? Maybe.....dunno. Sighhhhh........
Anyway, I have been super duperly busy late at work. It is always the case when my new term starts. Everything seem to clash with one another. Sibei sianzzzz.......As I've said, I get so busy lately that I fail to be able to focus one on thing and getting it right. And I realised today that I have made a grave mistake at work that has cost the company a loss in revenue. WTF!!! Oh well.....if there can be anything that can make them sack me, maybe this one lor. Really getting super sianzzzz liao with the job. Lack of satisfactions and directions.
The week is passing by so quickly. Assignments deadlines are drawing closer and closer and its not funny man! Whatever it is, knn its already my last trimester so by hook or by crook I must clear all my papers.
